INTERANTIONAL ATHLETE- Is from west India now lives in Kuwait. I did my hbalc test today as per advice from my health coach Ms Bharti and I got .5 drop. previously before joining bwb it was 6.7 and today alhamdulillah it was 6.2. thanks to Ms Bharti who has been instrumental in coaching me and following on my diet and bsl readings tirelessly, motivating me and giving me alternative diet plans regularly. thanks Ms Bharti and entire bwb team. I joined in mid October this year.
