Yes, the CGM is waterproof up to 3ft in water for 30 min. However you are advised to avoid intense water based activities such as prolonged swimming.
The best time to install the CGM device is during the morning fasting period( Atleast 2 Hours before breakfast).
After 1-1.5h of installation of CGM patch, place the nfc activated phone near the patch as directed in Tutorial Video 3. Your readings should be visible within 1-2mins of scanning.
Yes. You can do all normal day-to-day activities like carrying bags or sleeping on the side of the arm even with a CGM patch.
