Zero Sugar Ragi & Jaggery Halwa for Diabetes

Diabetes-Friendly Ragi Halwa A wholesome halwa made with ragi (finger millet) and jaggery that offers warmth and nutrition in every bite.

Ingredients Ragi Flour - ½ cup Ghee - 1 tsp Jaggery - 2 tbsp (diabetes-safe) Water - 1 cup

Stick with the quantity of ghee and jaggery suggested to keep this recipe diabetes-friendly.

Instructions: Step 1 - Roast Ragi Flour, Lightly roast ragi flour in ghee until aromatic.

Step 2 - Add Jaggery Syrup & Cook Add jaggery syrup, stir until smooth, and serve.

Serve hot and in small quantities. Have it only once a week and not regularly.
