Diabetes-Friendly Apple Cinnamon Compote A guilt-free winter dessert with sweet apples and a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients Apples - 2, diced Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp, Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener - 1 tsp

Instructions: Step 1 - Cook Apples Sauté diced apples with a splash of water and sweetener.

Step 2 - Add Cinnamon & Serve Warm Mix in cinnamon, cook until tender, and serve warm.

Serve hot and in small portions. Do not overeat, as it may spike your blood sugar and breach your daily calorie threshold.
