Tomato and Basil Soup for Diabetes

Ingredients: 6 large tomatoes, chopped 1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon oregano Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: In a pot, sauté onions and garlic until softened.

Add tomatoes, broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
