Diabetes-Friendly Tofu Stir-Fry A quick, low-carb stir fry with tofu and mixed veggies.

Ingredients: Tofu - ½ cup, cubed Mixed Veggies - ¼ cup Soy Sauce - 1 tsp

High-protein tofu with fiber-rich veggies makes it a balanced meal. 

Instructions: Step 1 - Sauté Tofu & Veggies Cook tofu and veggies until tender.

Step 2 - Add Soy Sauce & Serve Add soy sauce, mix well, and serve hot.
