Sugar-Free Lauki (Bottle Gourd) Halwa

Diabetes-Friendly Lauki Halwa  Lauki, or bottle gourd, is low in calories and pairs perfectly with natural sweetness for a healthy dessert. This lauki halwa is made without refined sugar, offering a healthier dessert option.

Ingredients:  Grated Lauki (Bottle Gourd) - 1 cup Milk - 1 cup Stevia or Erythritol - to taste Ghee - 1 tsp

Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp Chopped Almonds - 1 tbsp Chopped Walnuts - 1 tbsp

Instructions:  Step 1 - Cook Lauki in Ghee  Sauté grated lauki in a small amount of ghee until it softens and releases aroma.

Step 2 - Add Milk & Sweetener  Add milk and cook until absorbed. Add cardamom and sweetener, stirring until smooth.

Health Benefits  Lauki is low in carbohydrates and high in fiber, making it a great dessert option for diabetics.
