Diabetes-Friendly Stir Fried Tofu & Veggies with Brown Rice Recipe Loaded with protein, fiber, and antioxidants, a wholesome Indo Chinese dish for a diabetes-friendly meal.

Ingredients Tofu - 100g, cubed Brown Rice - ½ cup, cooked Broccoli - 1/2 cup diced

Bell peppers - 1/2 cup diced Carrots - 1/4 cup diced, Soy Sauce (Low-Sodium) - 1 tsp

Instructions Step 1 - Stir Fry Veggies & Tofu Sauté tofu and veggies with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.

Step 2 - Serve with Brown Rice Serve stir-fried veggies and tofu over a bed of cooked brown rice.
