Ingredients:
Spinach (chopped) - 1 cup Yellow lentils (moong dal) - ½ cup Garlic - 2 cloves Cumin - ½ tsp Water - 2 cups

Step 1: Pressure cook lentils with water until soft.

Step 2: In a pan, sauté garlic and cumin. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
