Healthy Navratri Special: Paneer Bhurji for Diabetics

Ingredients: Gather 200g crumbled paneer, 1 finely chopped medium tomato, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste, fresh coriander leaves for garnish, and cooking oil.

Heat Oil: In a pan, heat a tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat.

Sauté Spices: Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter for a few seconds.

Cook Tomatoes and Chili: Add the chopped green chili and tomatoes, cooking until the tomatoes soften.

Add Spices: Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt, mixing well.

Incorporate Paneer: Gently add the crumbled paneer, mixing until combined and heated through.

Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious Paneer Bhurji!
