Navratri Meal Plan for Blood Sugar Control

Breakfast (7:00 AM): Apple smoothie with singara chilla/ kuttu chilla, a small portion of roasted pumpkin seeds

Mid-Morning Snack (10:00 AM): Fruits such as orange, guava, jamun and water chestnut or a glass of chaach with a handful of nuts

Lunch (1:00 PM): Kuttu ki roti (buckwheat roti) with Loki (bottle gourd) vegetable, curd or vegetable raita

Afternoon Snack (4:00 PM): Coconut water with a sprinkle of chia seeds

Dinner (7:00 PM): 1-2 singara/kuttu chilla with some green chutney or touri/pumpkin

Hydration Throughout the Day:  Drink plenty of water and herbal teas to stay hydrated and maintain blood sugar levels.

Mindful Eating:  Focus on portion sizes and chew your food well to aid digestion and promote satiety.
