Multigrain Mooli Paratha for Diabetes Patients

Diabetes-Friendly Mooli Paratha  A winter classic with radish and multigrain flour's blood-sugar-friendly benefits.

Ingredients:  Multigrain Flour - 1 cup Grated Radish (Mooli) - ½ cup Green Chili - 1, chopped

Grated Ginger - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp Salt - to taste

Instructions:  Step 1: Prepare Filling  Mix grated radish with green chili, ginger, cumin, and salt. Squeeze out excess water from the grated radish.

Step 2:  Roll dough, add filling, and cook on a griddle with a little ghee until golden.

Serve 1-2 parathas with mint chutney in breakfast or lunch.

Health Benefits  Radish is low in calories and high in fiber, helping regulate blood sugar for diabetics.
