Masala Sweet Potato Tikki  A crispy, spiced snack meant for diabetes-friendly winter munching.

Health Benefits: Sweet potatoes are rich in fiber and have a lower glycemic load compared to regular potatoes.

Ingredients: Boiled sweet potato - 1 cup Gram flour (besan) - 2 tbsp Cumin powder - ½ tsp Chili powder - ½ tsp

Step 1: Mash sweet potatoes. Mix in gram flour and spices.

Step 2: Shape into small patties and pan-fry in minimal oil.

Step 3: Cook until golden on both sides.

Serve hot with mint chutney for a wholesome flavor.
