Ingredients:  2 cups of sesame seeds (til). 1 cup of roasted peanuts. 1/2 cup of roasted dry coconut. 1 1/2 cups of dates (khajur).

Method: Roast each ingredient separately until they turn light brown.

Grind each roasted ingredient separately into a coarse powder.

Deseed and chop the dates. Combine the chopped dates and all the powdered ingredients in a food processor until a ball forms.

Shape the mixture into small laddus, about the size of a big marble.

For diabetics, limit consumption to one small laddu at a time.
