Diabetic Friendly Pizza Recipe

Cauliflower Crust:  Grate and microwave 1 cauliflower. Mix with egg, mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Shape into a crust and bake at 425°F for 15-20 mins.

Toppings: Spread sugar-free pizza sauce on the crust.

Add veggies, and low-fat mozzarella.

Final Steps: Bake for an extra 10-15 mins until cheese melts.  Cool, slice, and enjoy your diabetes-friendly pizza!

Notes:  Choose sugar-free or homemade tomato sauce.
