Ingredients:  Roasted Moong Dal Powder (1 cup) Grated Coconut (1/2 coconut) Dates Paste (2 tbsp) Coconut Oil (1 tbsp) Grated Dry Coconut (1/2 cup) Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup) Cardamom Powder (1/4 tsp)

Method:  Dry roast moong dal until golden, then let it cool.

Grind roasted moong dal into a powder. Roast dry grated coconut until golden, set it aside.

Roast sesame seeds until they pop and keep them aside.

Make a smooth paste with grated coconut and dates paste. Cook the paste in coconut oil until it turns golden brown.

Combine all ingredients, knead into a binding consistency, and shape into small laddus.

Store them in an airtight container and consume in moderation, especially for diabetics.
