Moong Dal Cheela  Relish a flavorful dish that's nutrient-dense and a healthier alternative to paratha.

Health Benefits: Moong dal provides protein and stabilizes blood sugar, while veggies add vitamins and fiber.

Ingredients: Yellow moong dal (soaked) - 1 cup Grated carrot - ½ cup Chopped spinach - ½ cup Green chilies - 1

Step 1: Blend soaked moong dal into a batter. Add grated vegetables and spices.

Step 2: Pour batter onto a hot tawa, spread into a thin pancake, and cook until golden.

Step 3: Flip and cook the other side.

Serve warm with mint or tomato chutney for a filling, diabetes friendly meal.
