Diabetes-Friendly Tandoori Paneer

Tandoori Paneer for Diabetes Patients  Marinated in spices and grilled, Tandoori Paneer is a delicious low-carb option for diabetics.

Ingredients:  Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 100g, cubed Curd - 2 tbsp Capsicum: 5-6 Square slices Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp

Turmeric - ¼ tsp Garam Masala - ¼ tsp Pinch of Chaat Masala Salt - to taste

Instructions:  Step 1 - Marinate Paneer  Mix curd, spices, and salt. Coat paneer cubes and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 - Grill or Bake  Grill or bake until lightly charred. Serve hot with fresh mint chutney.

Combine this with a bowl of sprouts and green salad for dinner for a low-carb meal occasionally.
