Diabetes-Friendly Sattu Ladoo

Sattu Laddoo for Diabetics  Sattu ladoos are packed with fiber and protein, helping to balance blood sugar levels.

Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour) - 1 cup Stevia or Erythritol - to taste Ghee - 2 tbsp Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp

Chopped Almonds - 1 tbsp Chopped Walnuts - 1 tbsp Chopped Cashews - 1 tbsp

Step 1 - Mix Ingredients  Combine sattu, ghee, cardamom, and sweetener in a bowl. Mix until well blended.

Step 2 - Shape into Ladoos   Roll the mixture into small, round ladoos. Optionally, garnish with chopped nuts.

Consume only 1, preferably after meals. Don't overeat, as it can make you breach your calorie mark.
