2 Cups Fresh Grated Coconut 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Dates Stevia Drops ½ Tsp Cardamom Powder (Optional) 2 Tsp Coconut Oil

Heat Kadai, add 1 tsp coconut oil, roast grated coconut on low flame for 4-5 mins, without browning.
