Diabetes-Friendly Dalia Upma

Low-Calorie Dalia Upma for Diabetics  Made with veggies and dalia, this dish is a high fiber, low-GI choice for diabetics.

Ingredients:  Dalia (Broken Wheat) - ½ cup Chopped Onions - 2 tsp Chopped Beans - 2 tsp Chopped Ginger - 2 tsp Chopped Carrot- 2 tsp

Chopped Bell Peppers  - 2 tsp Salt & Spices - to taste Water - 1 cup

Instructions:  Step 1  Roast Dalia  Lightly roast dalia until fragrant, then set aside.

Step 2 - Cook with Veggies  Sauté veggies, add dalia, water, and spices. Simmer until cooked.

Serve hot twice or thrice a week as a helathy breakfast.
