Diabetes-Friendly Dark Chocolate Walnut Bites A rich, indulgent treat with diabetes-friendly dark chocolate that is low in carbs and high in antioxidants.

Ingredients Dark Chocolate (70% or more) - 50g Walnuts - 10 halves Coconut Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions: Step 1 - Melt Chocolate Melt dark chocolate with a little coconut oil.

Step 2 - Coat Walnuts & Chill Coat walnuts in chocolate, chill until set and serve.

Have this dish as a snack between meals or post meal dessert occassionaly and in measured amounts.
