Cauliflower Tikka for Diabetes

Diabetes-Friendly Cauliflower Tikka  Cauliflower Tikka, marinated in spices and grilled, is a healthy winter treat. A tasty, low-carb snack that will add flavor to your diabetes diet.

Ingredients:  Cauliflower Florets - 1 cup Curd - 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Fine Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp

Turmeric - ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder - ¼ tsp Salt - to taste

Instructions:  Step 1 - Marinate  Mix curd, spices, and salt. Coat cauliflower florets and let marinate for 15 minutes to 30 minutes.

Step 2 - Grill or Bake  Grill or bake at 180°C or roast with minimum oil on tawa until golden and tender.

Serve hot with a side of chutney. Include it as an evening snack or side dish in a meal.
