Cabbage & Moong Dal Stir Fry, A quick, light stir fry packed with protein and fiber, perfect for a nutritious, low-calorie winter lunch.

Ingredients Cabbage - 2 cups, shredded Yellow Moong Dal - ½ cup, soaked Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Green chili - 1-2 Salt - To taste

Instructions Step 1: Sauté Ingredients Sauté mustard seeds, dal, and spices in a pan.

Step 2 - Add Cabbage & Cook, Add cabbage, stir fry until tender, and serve hot.
