Winter Special Bajra Roti with Garlic Chutney For Diabetes

Diabetes-Friendly Bajra Roti and Garlic Chutney  A delicious fiber-rich bread for managing diabetes in winters.

Ingredients for Roti: Bajra flour - 1 cup Warm water - as needed A pinch of salt

Ingredients for Garlic Chutney: Garlic cloves - 5 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Stevia - to taste Red chili powder - ½ tsp

Step 1: Knead Bajra flour with water and salt into a smooth dough.

Step 2: Roll out small rotis and cook on a tawa until golden on both sides.

Step 3: Blend garlic, lemon juice, stevia, and chili powder into a paste.

Serve hot with chutney for a wholesome winter meal.
