Avocado & Tomato Toast for Diabetes

Diabetes-Friendly Avocado Tomato Toast   A nutrient-packed toast with creamy avocado and fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients: Whole-Grain Bread - 1 slice Avocado - ¼, mashed Tomato - 2 slices Salt & Pepper - to taste

Instructions:  Step 1 Spread Avocado on Toast   Spread mashed avocado over toasted bread.

Step 2 - Top with Tomato & Season   Add tomato slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

This toast makes a good breakfast option for diabetic patients. You can include this dish once or twice a week in your meal plan.
