Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 scoops plant protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon whole flaxseed, shelled hemp seeds or raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries/raspberries/ blackberries/apple/pear/ guava/kiwi
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of cardamom powder

Method of Preparation

Step 1: 

Gather all the ingredients: unsweetened almond milk, water, plant protein powder, whole flaxseed (or shelled hemp seeds or raw sunflower seeds), chosen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, apple, pear, guava, or kiwi), a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of cardamom powder.

Step 2:

Pour 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1 cup of water into the blender.

Step 3: 

Add 2 scoops of plant protein powder and 1 tablespoon of your chosen seeds (whole flaxseed, shelled hemp seeds, or raw sunflower seeds) to the blender.

Step 4:

Add 1/2 cup of your selected fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, apple, pear, guava, or kiwi) to the blender.

Step 5:

Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of cardamom powder into the blender.

Step 6:

Blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

Step 7:
