Ingredients

  • Cucumber-1 large-300 grams
  • Ginger- 1-inch piece
  • Lemon- 1 teaspoon juice
  • Mint leaves-10-20
  • Rock salt- a pinch
  • Kali mirch/black pepper powder-1/8th teaspoons
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 glass water (250 ml)

Method of Preparation

Step 1:

Place all the ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup of water.

Step 2: 

Blend the mixture for 3 minutes, taking a break every 30 seconds to prevent overheating.

Step 3: 

Blend until you get a smooth, medium-thin liquid.

Step 4:

Add enough water to the blended mixture to make a total of 500 ml.

Step 5:

Drink the smoothie without straining. It’s tasty, healthy, and refreshing. Enjoy!
