Palak Paneer Quinoa Bowl for Diabetes Patients A modern twist on the classic palak paneer served over fluffy quinoa for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients Quinoa - ½ cup, cooked Paneer - 100g, cubed Spinach (Palak) - 2 cups

Garlic - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Instructions Step 1 - Cook Palak Paneer Prepare palak paneer with pureed spinach, spices, and lightly sautéed paneer.

Step 2 - Serve Over Quinoa Serve palak paneer over cooked quinoa and garnish with chili flakes.

Serve hot and in measured portions. This recipe has many beneficial nutrients and is good for a complete meal in a meal plan.
