Diabetes-Friendly Steamed Pumpkin Custard A light, silky custard with pumpkin and spices.

Ingredients: Pumpkin Puree - ½ cup Eggs - 2

Stevia - 1 tsp Cinnamon - ½ tsp Grated Coconut - 1 tsp

Instructions: Step 1 - Blend Ingredients Whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetener, and cinnamon together.

Step 2 - Steam & Serve Warm Steam the mixture until set.

Step 3 - Garnish & Serve Warm When set garnish the dish with grated coconut to add extra flavor.
