Diabetes-Friendly Chia Seed & Berry Pudding

Chia Berry Pudding for Diabetes Patients A creamy dessert with chia seeds and fresh winter berries rich in omega-3s and antioxidants.

Ingredients Chia Seeds - 2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk - ½ cup Strawberries - 2-3

Blueberries - 3-4 Blackberries - 3-4 Black Currant (Dried) - 1 tsp Black Raisins - 2 tsp Stevia - to taste

Instructions: Step 1 - Soak Chia Seeds Soak chia seeds in almond milk for 4-6 hours.

Step 2 - Add Berries & Serve Chilled Top with berries and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Have in small portion, preferably after meals.
