In the Middle of Reversing Diabetes You're not there yet, but you know every small step counts. Let's take a look at how a day unfolds when you're on the journey to reversing diabetes.

Morning Check-In  You wake up and check your blood sugar levels. The numbers aren't where you want them to be, but you note it down and remind yourself it’s all part of the process.

Breakfast: Staying Strong Tempted by the smell of fresh coffee and pastries, you stick to your plan—scrambled eggs with spinach and a side of berries. It’s a choice you can be proud of.

Mid-Morning Sugar Check: You check your blood sugar again. It's not a huge drop, but it's steady. You're heading in the right direction. You jot down your progress and adjust accordingly.

Lunch: Choosing the Right Fuel It’s hard to avoid the office lunch temptation, but today, you opt for brown rice and low-carb gravy. You know that every meal counts toward your goal.

Exercise: Hitting the Gym after a long day, hitting the gym feels exhausting, but you push through. A solid 30-minute strength workout energizes you, and you’re proud you did it.

Reflecting on the Day: You end the day with a light dinner of palak moong dal and roti, reflecting on the challenges you faced and the progress you’ve made. It's a journey, but you’re on the right path.
