The 'Waking Up Early' Commitment The alarm rings and you feel like dozing off again. But you remind yourself that today is another step toward reversing your diabetes.
Breakfast, But With A Purpose. You resist the temptation of a quick sugary fix and opt for something protein packed. It’s hard, but it’s the right choice for steady sugar levels.
The Mid-Morning Struggle. Work piles up and the stress increases your cravings. But the goal is to resist and grab a handful of almonds instead, staying focused on the bigger picture.
Lunch: Sticking to the Plan. Now you might want to indulge in pizza or biryani. But eating a salad with grilled chicken, or a simple roti with dal is what you do.
Afternoon Energy Dip Your energy dips, and the cravings for a sugary snack hit. But you remember how far you’ve come. A quick walk around the office helps re-energize you.
Exercise: Pushing Through Fatigue After a long day, the thought of exercise feels draining. But you lace up your sneakers and go for a 20-minute walk. It’s hard at first, but by the end, you’re proud.
Reflecting on the Day Dinner is a light but filling meal. You reflect on the day there were temptations, but you stayed committed and you feel proud deep down. Tomorrow, you’ll do it all again.
