Winter Special Cabbage (Gobhi) Paratha For Diabetes

Cabbage Paratha  Enjoy a warm, delicious paratha filled with cabbage that's perfect for winters.

Health Benefits:  Cabbage is rich in fiber and antioxidants, helping regulate blood sugar levels and support digestion.

Ingredients: Grated cabbage - 1 cup Whole wheat flour - 1 cup Ginger powder - ½ tsp Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp

Step 1 Mix grated cabbage, flour, and spices. Add water to knead the dough into a smooth texture.

Step 2 Divide dough into small balls, roll them into parathas, and cook on a hot tawa until golden

Step 3 Flip and cook the other side, pressing gently for even cooking.

Serve hot with yogurt or chutney for a delicious, diabetes-friendly winter meal.
