Carrot and Spinach Paratha  Enjoy a fiber packed, flavorful paratha as a cozy winter morning breakfast.

Health Benefits: Carrots and spinach are low GI, rich in fiber, and support stable blood sugar levels.

Ingredients: Grated carrot - ½ cup Chopped spinach - ½ cup Whole wheat flour - 1 cup Cumin - ½ tsp Water - enough to knead

Step 1: Mix all ingredients and knead into a soft dough

Step 2: Roll into parathas and cook on a hot tawa with minimal oil.

Step 3: Serve hot with low-fat curd or sugar-free pickle.
