Diabetes Friendly Turmeric (Haldi) Milk: A Bedtime Winter Drink

Health Benefits: Turmeric reduces inflammation, regulates blood sugar, and boosts immunity.

Ingredients: Low-fat milk - 1 cup Turmeric powder - ½ tsp Black pepper - a pinch Stevia - As per taste

Step 1: Heat milk in a saucepan over low flame.

Step 2: Stir in turmeric powder, black pepper, and stevia.

Step 3: Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Strain and serve warm.

Sip this drink at bedtime for better sugar control and restful sleep.
