Ingredients: Mustard greens (sarson) - 2 cups Spinach - 1 cup Ginger - 1 tsp Green chilies - 2 Stevia - As per taste

Step 1: Boil mustard greens and spinach until soft, then blend to a puree.

Step 2: Sauté ginger and chilies in minimal oil, then mix with the puree.

Step 3: Simmer for 10 minutes, adding stevia and salt for flavor.
