Winter Special Spinach and Lentil Soup For Diabetes

Spinach and Lentil Soup   A warming and delicious diabetes friendly meal that's good for your gut.

Health Benefits: Spinach is rich in antioxidants and iron, while lentils help stabilize blood sugar and aid digestion.

Ingredients: Spinach (chopped) - 1 cup Yellow lentils (moong dal) - ½ cup Garlic - 2 cloves Cumin - ½ tsp Water - 2 cups

Step 1: Pressure cook lentils with water until soft.

Step 2: In a pan, sauté garlic and cumin. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Step 3: Mix spinach with cooked lentils and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt as per taste.

Serve warm with a dash of black pepper for a nutritious winter meal.
