This Winter, Indulge In Tilgur Ladoos  A nutty and diabetes-friendly winter treat packed with sesame goodness.

Health Benefits: Sesame seeds boost energy, support heart health, and regulate sugar levels.

Ingredients: Sesame seeds - 1 cup Stevia - As per taste Ghee - 1 tbsp

Step 1: Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan until golden and aromatic.

Step 2: Melt ghee in the same pan. Add roasted sesame seeds and stevia.

Step 3: Mix well and quickly shape into ladoos before the mixture cools.

Enjoy in moderation as a warming snack.
