Spinach & Mushroom Omelette for Diabetes A protein-rich omelette with fiber-packed spinach and mushrooms.

Ingredients: Eggs - 2, beaten Spinach - ¼ cup, chopped Onions - 2 tbsp diced

Mushrooms - ¼ cup, sliced Salt - To taste Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions: Step 1 - Sauté Veggies Cook spinach and mushrooms until tender.

Step 2 - Add Eggs & Cook Pour eggs over veggies and cook until set.

Serve this omelette with breakfast, pairing it with chapati or wheat bread.
