Diabetes-Friendly Avocado & Egg Salad A creamy, protein-rich salad perfect for a low-GI meal

Ingredients: Boiled Eggs - 2, chopped Avocado - ½, diced Onions - ½ tbsp, diced

Coriander leaves diced - 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper - to taste Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Instructions: Step 1 - Combine Ingredients Toss avocado, eggs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
