Rajma Salad for Diabetes

Diabetes-Friendly Rajma Salad  Away from traditional high calorie rajma chawal, this rajma recipe is beneficial for diabetics.

Boiled Rajma - ½ cup Chopped Onions - 3-4 tsp Chopped Tomatoes - 3-4 tsp Sprouts - 1/4 cup

Salt & Pepper - to taste Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Chaat Masala - 1 tsp

Step 1 -  Toss Ingredients  Combine boiled rajma, veggies, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Step 2 - Mix & Serve   Mix well and serve fresh as a nutritious snack.

Health Benefits   Rajma is rich in fiber and protein, which are both beneficial for managing blood sugar. This dish is a healthier rajma dish compared to traditional preparation.
