Winter Special Diabetes Friendly Gajar (Carrot) Halwa without Sugar

Sugar-Free Gajar Halwa for Diabetes Patients  Indulge in this delicious, sugar-free Gajar Halwa that’s perfect for winter treats and blood sugar management. Made with fresh carrots and sweetened naturally, this halwa is a healthier alternative for diabetics.

Ingredients:  Grated Carrots - 2 cups Milk - 1 cup Stevia or Erythritol - to taste Ghee - 1 tbsp Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp Chopped Almonds - 1 tbsp

Instructions:  Step 1 - Cook Carrots in Ghee  Sauté grated carrots in ghee until soft and fragrant.

Step 2 - Add Milk & Sweetener  Pour in milk and cook until it’s absorbed. Add cardamom and sweetener to taste.
