Winter Special Green Pea Soup for Diabetes Patients

Diabetes-Friendly Green Pea Soup  A warm, creamy soup that’s packed with fiber and protein. This vibrant soup is made from fresh winter peas and is both filling and healthy.

Ingredients:  Green Peas - 1 cup, boiled Onion - 1 small, chopped Garlic - 2 cloves, minced Sweet Corn - 1pcs

Salt - to taste Black Pepper - to taste Water or Vegetable Broth - 1-2 cups

Instructions:  Step 1  Sauté & Blend  Sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add peas. Blend the mixture until smooth.

Step 2 - Reheat & Serve  Return soup to the pan, add water or broth, and season with salt and pepper.

Serve this soup hot as an evening snack. It will keep you warm as well as add nutrients to your diet.
