Moong Dal Spinach Cheela for Diabetes Patients

Diabetes-Friendly Moong Dal Cheela  A savory Cheela packed with spinach and moong dal for a protein-rich breakfast.

Ingredients:  Moong Dal - ½ cup, soaked Spinach - ½ cup, chopped Green Chili - 1, chopped

Grated Ginger - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - ¼ tsp Salt - to taste

Instructions:  Step 1  Blend Batter  Blend soaked moong dal with water until smooth. Add spinach, green chili, ginger, cumin, and salt.

Step 2 - Cook Cheela  Pour batter onto a hot griddle, spread thin, and cook until golden on both sides.

Serve hot 1-2 pieces with dhania pudina chutney.
