Chhath Special Sugar-Free Makhana Kheer for Kharna

Diabetes-Friendly Makhana Kheer  Makhana, or fox nuts, are nutrient-rich and add a unique texture to this festive kheer.

Ingredients:  Makhana (Fox Nuts) - ½ cup Milk - 2 cups Stevia or Erythritol - to taste Cardamom Powder - ¼ tsp Desiccated Coconut - 2-3 tsp

Chopped Walnuts - 2 kernels Chopped Almonds - 2-3 Chopped Cashews - 2-3

Instructions:  Step 1  Roast & Grind Makhana  Lightly roast makhana and crush some for a thicker texture. Add to simmering milk.

Step 2 - Add Sweetener & Flavor  Add cardamom and sweetener, stirring well. Garnish with nuts for extra flavor.
