Winter Special Diabetes Friendly Til (Sesame) Chikki

Diabetes-Friendly Til Chikki Til Chikki is a traditional Indian sweet with sesame and jaggery—perfect for a controlled sweet craving.

Ingredients Sesame Seeds (Til) - ½ cup Jaggery - ¼ cup, crushed Ghee - 1 tsp

Instructions: Step 1  Roast & Melt Roast sesame seeds in a pan until golden. In another pan, melt jaggery with ghee until it forms a syrup.

Step 2 - Mix & Shape  Mix sesame seeds with melted jaggery, spread onto a greased surface, and cut into pieces while warm.

You can have 1-2 chikki occasionally to satisfy your sugar cravings. Try having it post-meal and practice portion control. Do not indulge in overeating.
