Winter Special Methi (Fenugreek) Thepla for Diabetics

Diabetes-Friendly Methi Thepla  Methi Thepla is a soft, flavorful flatbread made with fenugreek leaves and is an ideal winter special diabetes-friendly dish.

Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup Chopped Fenugreek Leaves - ½ cup Turmeric - ¼ tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - ¼ tsp

Salt - to taste Yogurt - 2 tbsp Water - as needed

Instructions:  Step 1: Prepare Dough Combine all ingredients with yogurt and a bit of water to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 - Roll & Cook Roll dough into thin circles. Cook each thepla on a hot griddle with a little oil until golden on both sides.

You may have 1-2 methi parathas as breakfast and serve with dhaniya pudina chutney.
