Ingredients

  • Bitter gourd-125 grams
  • Cucumber- 1 small-150 grams
  • Apple-1/2 cup
  • Lemon- 1 teaspoon juice
  • Mint leaves-10-20
  • Rock salt- a pinch
  • Kali mirch/black pepper powder-1/8th teaspoons
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 glass water (250 ml)

Method of Preparation

Step – 1

Put all ingredients in blender with 1/2 cup water and churn for 3 minutes taking a break after every 30 seconds of churning to reduce the heat generated.

Step – 2

Blend it into a smooth, medium-thin liquid.

Step – 3

Add enough water to make it 500ml

Step – 4

Drink without straining it. It is really tasty, healthy, and refreshing.
