She has worked with PGI Chandigarh and counselled numerous diabetic patients. She is also a columnist with The Hindustan Times, The Tribune and The Times of India, Chandigarh and Jaipur edition.

She has also taken Diabetes Reversal training from Dr. G. Simpson, Eternity Medicine, Dubai. Post her training, she has been helping people manage their diabetes as a Coach.

Earlier I used to walk only 3,000-4,000 steps a day and now I can easily do more than 10,000 steps a day. Weekly report card provided on the app is quite helpful to track my health.
